Unfortunately I couldn’t see Monday night's game because it wasn’t being broadcast in NY, but I am excited to say that the Celtics finally got a win and beat the Washington Wizards by a score of 99-88. I hope that this win will boost morale, not only for the fans, but also for the sake of the players and coaches.
Although they were down at the half and at the end of the 3rd quarter, the boys came back strong with an explosive 4th quarter, outscoring the Wizards 25-10. Garnett led the offense with a high score of 19 points, but Allen and Rondo weren’t far behind, each scoring 17 points of their own. The next game is on Wednesday night at 8 pm against the Miami Heat. Let’s use this momentum to start a winning streak and really get out of this slump!
